Vacation apartment Louisa

Our hut 27 is located on the Duxeralm at an altitude of 1600m and only about 300m from the lift and cross-country ski trail. It is a natural wooden cottage – a double cottage with two separate apartments – Whg LOUISA and Whg PAUL. Our cozy vacation apartment LOUISA offers space for 4 people.

Our pretty and cozy vacation apartment in Haus Sonnbichl is located on the Duxeralm at an altitude of 1600m in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift and the cross-country ski trail. Our vacation apartment Haus Sonnbichl offers space for 6 people.

Skiing area Hochkrimml

The Hochkrimml ski resort is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. With its 8 lifts, it is quite relaxed to ski down in one day and is also particularly suitable for a harmonious family vacation with children.

View of Königsleiten

From Hochkrimml you can reach the extensive Zillertal Arena directly via a (red) valley run on the Plattenkogel to Königsleiten. Enjoy endless, high alpine skiing freedom in powder snow with approx. 140 kilometers of slopes!

Hohe Tauern National Park

A hiking and mountain biking nature experience. The largest protected area in the Alps and one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth is waiting for you! Nowhere in Austria are the peaks so high and nature so unspoiled as in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Cross country ski trail Hochkrimml

In the romantically situated Hochkrimml, the 200 km long Pinzgau high-altitude cross-country ski trail is already waiting for you right next to your accommodation. The fantastically laid out panoramic trail lets you enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain world of the Zillertal Alps and the Hohe Tauern.

Discover the fantastic nature during your summer vacation in Hochkrimml. You should not miss a tour to the Krimmler Achental – one of the most beautiful national park valleys!

Hochkrimml with children

Hochkrimml and the region around Hochkrimml is ideal for families with children in summer. A wide range of services is available to you. Fun, action and a lot of joy and good air are guaranteed (e.g. Arena Coaster, Water Worlds, Climbing Parks, Eisriesenwelt, Yodel Path).

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything you need is available. The location is directly in the ski area or on beautiful hiking trails.
I would particularly like to emphasize the very good communication with Ms. Kruse. I can recommend this domicile without reservation.

Cozy cottage up in the mountains:

Small but nice cottage up in the mountains. Clean and comfortably furnished. With great attention to detail, every space was well used. Many plants, sockets and hooks. We have not lacked for anything.
The location is up in the mountains. In the pre-season (end of June) there is nothing going on there. Therefore, you should have a car and pack enough food.
To Gerlos and Krimml it is about 10 minutes.
Recommendation: yes

Cozy cottage in a quiet location

We have been able to take many hikes from here with our two children and our dog. The reservoir was also wonderful! The kitchen is well equipped and the cottage is comfortably furnished. We liked it very much!

Wonderful and relaxing ski vacation

The location of the apartment was/is really ideal. Our car was well protected in the garage the whole week and we could ski right up to the front door. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Superb family walking vacation in high quality Tiny House quality

The cottage is perfectly furnished compared to the size. Nothing is missing. Despite a bathroom that is indeed very small, special mention should be made of the powerful shower that rewards after a day of hiking. The children had great fun in the sleeping gallery and are still raving about the hut.
You can hike directly from the hut and enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains at all times.
The landlady, Mrs. Kruse, is extremely nice and there was direct, uncomplicated contact during the preliminary arrangements. We really enjoyed this take out from the daily routine!

We had a wonderful stay in Hochkrimml! Louisa is just as beautiful and cozy as seen in the photos. The apartment is super equipped, clean and well maintained. We have not lacked for anything! The cozy floor for the kids – just great!
In the garden and on the veranda, we really enjoyed not hearing anything but the babbling of the small stream that flanks the property in summer and the ringing of the cowbells. Hochkrimml is located in the middle of a beautiful hiking area, from the hut you can hike the “house summit” in two/three hours and then stop at the Gletscherblickalm and enjoy a fantastic view.
The contact with Mrs. Kruse was always very very nice, she was always available and absolutely helpful.
Highly recommended is also the tiny little farm opposite the Duxeralm, where Regina offers some regional specialties, as well as her “Oa”, which still really taste like “Oa” 😉 We will definitely be back! Thank you very much for everything, Mrs. Kruse!
