Welcome
Your vacation in the apartment Louisa
Vacation apartment Louisa
Our “Cottage 27” is a natural wooden cottage – a double cottage with two separate apartments – Whg LOUISA and Whg PAUL.
The hut is located on the Duxeralm at an altitude of 1600m and only about 300m from the lift and cross-country ski trail. Each apartment can accommodate 4 people.
Our vacation apartment LOUISA consists of a dining/living room with radio and TV and a small room alcove with a wardrobe and a sofa bed, which can be used as a couch during the day and as a single bed sleeping option in the evening. From here a small wooden ladder leads to the sleeping gallery, which offers space for 2 people (2 single mattresses 100×200) and is very cozy and quaint.
In another small extra room, there are 2 single beds across the corner (2 single mattresses 90×180) and a wardrobe.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove with four hotplates and oven, as well as a small refrigerator (without freezer), coffee maker and toaster. There is no microwave oven.
Since the cottage is quite natural and therefore very cozy and charming, it has only a very small shower room with toilet, sink and shower. Of course, there is heating and hot water.
Directly in front of the cottage is the car parking space. There is a south side porch and a nice garden in front and behind the cottage.
Especially beautiful in summer as well as in winter – our cottage beach chair. In front of the cottage is solid wooden furniture to sit and linger. Some garden furniture can be found in the hutch, which is located on our porch next to the entrance to the cottage. In the summer it can happen that the grass around the hut is ankle-high, it has then meadow character.
In winter, your skis will find a place in the garden on a wooden rack. There is no locked ski or bike shed, but in the 30 years since we have been vacationing and renting in Hochkrimml, we have yet to report any ski theft. However, you should always connect the bikes in the back of the garden.
The cottage does not stand lonely alone, but in the midst of other houses and cottages. However, I can still guarantee you peace and quiet, as Hochkrimml is a beautiful little idyllic mountain resort.

In the winter months, the tranquil mountain region is the region’s biggest snow and winter fun paradise: the Zillertal Arena.
